The owners of Keano have been in touch to say that he has recently passed away.

Please see below for his epitaph from his owners.

I adopted him from you in February 2008, he was 18 months old and we had 9 wonderful years.

He passed away on May 17th. He would have been 11 this month. Not old. My friends tell me he had a good happy life so I shouldn’t feel bad, but it is very hard isn’t it? He went with the love of his life – a tennis ball. He was never without one 24/7.

One of his antics was that he would drop a ball in front of him and flick it with a front paw back between his legs then whizz round and try and catch it before it went too far. He spent ages doing this happily playing on his own!! He spent a lot of time doing things he knew annoyed

He spent ages doing this happily playing on his own!! He spent a lot of time doing things he knew annoyed me, like dropping balls in the fish pond and on the garden where Id just planted seeds! Too smart for his own good but such fun.

Greatly missed.

Best Wishes
J Parsons
