Five-year old Max has lived with his present owner for three years, after they gave him a home due to his owner having a terminal illness.
When he arrived, he had few toys and not much training. But now he adores his toys, plays ball and recalls to the whistle. As a Springer, scenting is in his DNA and he puts this to full use on his walks 🥳
Max is a very sociable dog and loves to take part in family life, a relaxed boy who is always good with people and dogs alike. So it is unfortunate that recently, whilst Max was seeking under decking, his owner startled him by pulling him out and was bitten. This was totally out of character, but due to visits from very young children, they have decided to make the heart-breaking decision to rehome him.
He is a well-loved boy and will need active owners to provide good exercise and mental stimulation.
