We’re sad to say we had to put Ernie to sleep earlier this year after a fantastic run – he still wanted to play football but his legs wouldn’t allow it.

Ernie was a bit of a character – never too far from his adoptive mum, Denise, whom he trusted and adored.

He was obsessed with tracking balls down and being in the garden at home.

He always enjoyed visits to Llandudno on the beach and in the sea and hated going to the vet which was reciprocated by the veterinary staff as he was always a handful when he went.

Denise became the all administering medicine giver and kindly restraining assistant! and she’s now lost without him.

Ernie will be dearly remembered for a variety of reasons by family and friends – he may be gone but he’s certainly not forgotten.
